Morning Lemon & Chia Detox Drink

A hydrating, fiber-rich drink to kickstart digestion and flush out toxins.

Lemon alkalizes the body, chia seeds aid digestion, and ginger supports detox pathways.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

How to make it:

  1. Stir all ingredients for a few seconds, repeat this a couple of times and let sit for 10 minutes before drinking.
