Cucumber Mint Cooler
A naturally hydrating drink to keep you refreshed on hot summer days. Cucumbers help replenish electrolytes, mint soothes digestion, and lime adds a bright citrus kick. It’s cooling, easy to make, and perfect for sipping all day.
Ingredients:
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 cups cold water (or coconut water)
- Optional: a few drops of honey or maple syrup
How to Make:
Muddle the cucumber and mint gently in a glass or pitcher. Add lime juice, water, and sweetener if using. Stir well and let it infuse for 10–15 minutes. Serve over ice.
